ฝนตกหนัก ลมตะวันออกและลมตะวันออกเฉียงใต้พัดปกคลุมภาคเหนือตอนล่าง ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง ภาคกลาง ภาคตะวันออก และอ่าวไทย ในขณะที่มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามันตอนบน ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้มีฝนตกหนักบางแห่งบริเวณภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง ภาคกลางรวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้และอ่าวไทย มีกำลังอ่อน ทำให้ทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 1 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจาก ฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน และน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่มไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือในบริเวณดังกล่าวเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย

Isolated heavy rains are likely in the North, the lower Northeast, the Central including Bangkok and vicinity, the East and the South. The weak winds and waves in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf, the waves have about 1 meter high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
